Opinions on the KJW Mk I carbine Empty

I'm really looking into this for a "Patinator" loadout. The KJW Mk I carbine, a rifle adaptation of their semi popular Mk I pistol, based upon the most popular line of .22 pistols ever by Ruger.

I want this gun. I have the pistol and it performs well, mildly accurate to and probably past 100 feet. I plan on getting the longer barrel, a 20mm scope rail kit, and an optic of some sort.

Barrel: http://www.airsoftpost.com/product_info.php?products_id=25189

Optic: http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=3960 (may change, I am fickle :p)

So... I'd like to ask y'all... firstly, what's the general concensus on this gun's performance, with the extended barrel? I'd love accuracy out to 150 feet, 200 may be pushing it, perhaps not. Of course, I'd start using heavier BBs- like an idiot, I run .23s in my pistol.

Also, is the extended barrel as easy to install as it seems? Unscrew the stock barrel and screw in the new one? In addition... does the extended barrel come with a barrel tip, or is it really just the outer and inner barrel?

Now... what does a high flow valve do? I found them for Mk I mags on Evike. Do they increase gas efficiency, reservoir size, FPS, what?

Thanks for those who help me out here. I like to research before I buy.

i have the MK1 the pistol and it is pretty good. seeing as it is 430 fps
and i think the high flow air-valve regulates the air flow and makes more gas per shot come out with might increase the FPS
